The Requirements

To be a strong fit for the Sales Representative opportunity, you will have:
  • 2 to 3 years of outside sales experience with a track record of success; we'll also consider recent graduates who are sharp, motivated and able to learn quickly
  • Experience in the dental implant, general dentistry, or medical industries is preferred but not required
  • Technical acumen and the ability to understand web-based systems
  • The ability to manage a territory and build new business
  • Established relationships in the dental community are a plus
  • Bilingual skills in English and Korean
  • A valid driver's license and reliable vehicle
  • A desire to build a long-term career with an industry leader

  • The drive and desire to succeed, along with the tenacity to get out in the field every day

You will work out of your home office located in the Dallas area, and you'll spend a good percentage of your time in the field. We'll provide a monthly stipend for automobile and other expenses.

The Role

Role Overview

Reporting to the Sales Manager, you will be responsible for creating and executing a sales plan with the goal of building a strong Dallas-based book of business. Initially, you will take a hunter's approach to developing new business. You will target dental clinics and offices and manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to cold calling to presentation / seminar delivery through close. Once you've landed an account, you will partner with the dentist(s) ensuring they have the resources and knowledge they need to effectively use the solution. You will be onsite, providing guidance during the first surgeries.

Depending on the size of the client and reorder demand, you will strive to build and support a book of at least 10 to 20 clients. As you add dentists to your portfolio, you will take the time necessary to build solid relationships with each customer in order to maintain and grow the business.

Role Details

Specifically, your responsibilities will include:
  • Developing and generating new sales leads throughout the extended Dallas, Texas area.
  • Identifying, in concert with the Sales Manager, and achieving monthly and annual sales targets.
  • Recruiting doctors to participate in the implant seminar.
  • Delivering seminars and implant information (via presentation, hands-on practice and/or live surgery).
  • Providing product and solution technology information.
  • Supporting after sales service activity (i.e. exchange and return).
  • Assisting doctors with the correct processes as they perform implant surgery.
